Methamis 12

OVERVIEW

Methamis 12 is located in the Ventoux region, to the north of the Luberon region. The House, dated from 1400, was renovated from 1995 to 2005, and is full of historical charm and interest with the main part dating back to the 15th Century, and the oldest parts going back to the 1100s. The exposed beams and flagstone floors are original, from the 1400s. Set on 3.5 hectares of fenced garden, the property's land actually goes on well beyond that with over 73 hectares of Woodland, including Truffle Oak Trees, Garrigue, and Vineyards.

There are several Reception Rooms on the ground floor, so large groups can spread out and find their own space. The newly fitted kitchen opens out to the terrace with outdoor dining by the pool. Upstairs are located seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, which can sleep 12 people.
