Sandy Shore is a serene oceanfront escape in the quiet Turtle Tail area of Turks and Caicos Islands. Set on a scenic slice of land with a tranquil lake on one side and the endless turquoise horizon on the other, the villa captures uninterrupted views stretching to distant cays you can walk or paddle to. A traditional island home reimagined for effortless coastal living, Sandy Shore features an elevated pool deck, a long stone pathway to the water’s edge, and a private open-air beach deck designed for slow mornings and golden hour sunsets.
The villa boasts an open concept kitchen and living room area, perfect for entertaining while also allowing guests to truly appreciate the best of the Turks and Caicos.
The pool deck offers guests ample lounge space and a lounge pool, perfect for guests of all ages.
Follow the villa’s own local stone rock pathway directly to the beach lounge. An oversized deck offers multiple lounge chairs, oversized umbrellas and direct access to the beach.
Cool off or rinse off under the outdoor shower, just steps away.
While no beaches in the Turks and Caicos are private, Sandy Shore is about as private as it gets, with only a few other homes sharing the same beach and next to no foot traffic.
The ocean entry is sandy and shallow. The bay where the villa is located protects the villa and the waterfront year-round from big waves and heavy winds. Within the bay, depths do not exceed 5′, so the Cays (islands) seen from the beach, can be walked out to with ease.

Best Family Vacation Yet!
Our family of six (four teenagers!) had an incredible week in Providenciales, and this was by far our favorite stay on the island. Rental Escapes made everything so easy, from booking the property to helping us arrange activities throughout the week. The home was perfect—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was ideal: close enough to everything, yet peaceful and private. Every detail, from the service to the amenities, exceeded our expectations. We've been to Providenciales a few times before, but this experience stood out because of how seamless everything was. The on-site team was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help if we needed anything. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to create memories together. Thank you to Rental Escapes and the wonderful property staff for making this trip so special—we’ll definitely be back!

Stunning views
Our stay at beautiful Sandy Shores was truly unforgettable—we absolutely loved everything about it. Turks is one of the most stunning places we’ve ever visited, and this trip was made even more special thanks to the incredible home and the exceptional care we received from our house manager, Kenzie, and our concierge. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The water and views were nothing short of breathtaking—hands down the best on the island. We’re already dreaming of our return!

Paradise in Turks
This home has an incredible view through the entire back side of the house looking out to the water. Excellent comfortable living spaces inside as well as on the pool deck and deck down by the water. Plenty of shade for those who want to avoid full sun. Outside grill, fridge and ice maker are wonderful and convenient. The staff that comes to clean is friendly and thorough while being unobtrusive. Bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Paddleboards and kayaks are a nice addition for fun.
