Villa Sandy Bottom is a sleek, contemporary oceanfront villa on Providenciales’ south shore in the Turks and Caicos Islands, offering sweeping views over the vivid turquoise waters of Caicos Bank. Set directly at the water’s edge, this modern retreat blends chic indoor-outdoor living with effortless island style — from a striking pool deck with swim-up bar and rooftop terrace to shaded beach lounges tucked among swaying palms. With calm coastal waters and complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, it’s an ideal setting for sun-soaked days, on-the-water adventures, and unforgettable sunsets.

Designed by local architect Ron Shaw and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, Sandy Bottom is also the first villa on “Provo” to run entirely on solar power, embracing a fully renewable energy design.

Inside, the villa features a spacious, airy living area that flows seamlessly into the dining space and modern kitchen, creating an open, relaxed atmosphere throughout. Sophisticated yet distinctly Caribbean in style, the home opens to an expansive pool deck with multiple lounge areas, a swimming pool, swim-up bar, sunbathing glass deck, outdoor kitchen, grill station, al fresco dining area, and sun terraces made for all-day relaxation.

At the top level, a panoramic rooftop terrace showcases uninterrupted views of Turks and Caicos — the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing at night.

Winding through lush tropical foliage, you’ll discover a fire pit lounge, additional sunbathing decks with loungers and umbrellas, hammocks strung beneath palms, and a shaded waterfront platform right at the edge of the sea. Guests also enjoy complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, along with an outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after a swim in the ocean effortless.
