OVERVIEW
Villa Moonshadow combines stunning oceanfront views, a comfortable open floor plan, pool and all of the conveniences of home. Protected by lush gardens surrounding the property, you and your friends and family will feel like you are on your own private island. Five air-conditioned bedrooms comfortably accommodate larger groups. All bathrooms have been remodelled, there is a large outdoor screened area as well as a huge poolside sun deck. You may never want to leave the villa, although the best of what Providenciales has to offer is just a short drive away.
Whether you simply want a serene place to soak in the pool while reading a good book or to go offshore for the fishing trip of a lifetime, there are no limitations at Villa Moonshadow. The villa includes a private dock and three two-person kayaks. The ocean is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, snorkelling or casting a line for a variety of fish.
Moonshadow has a fully functional, well-equipped kitchen with all of the conveniences of home. Whether grilling fresh locally-caught lobster or fish on the state-of-the-art outdoor grill or cooking up breakfast, lunch or dinner indoors, you have the flexibility to dine at the villa or enjoy any of the great restaurants within minutes of your driveway. Several grocery stores are nearby, including a large IGA that stocks everything you would expect from a mainland store. Upon your arrival, there will likely be a few food staples (and liquor) in the cabinets and fridge. Please help yourself.
The villa benefits from an almost constant tradewinds that provides almost perfect conditions, but ceiling fans and air conditioners are also in every room. The villa has two washers and dryers! This is especially handy for larger groups with children and for those who prefer to pack light.

Moonshadow Villa Delivers!
Fantastic location, close to 2 beaches & an unforgettable ocean view. Exceptionally well equipped for food prep & entertainment. The lower deck / Man Cave is a great hang out spot, we even saw dolphins & rays swim by, Highly recommend this spot!

Villa Moonshadow Wins
Villa Moonshadow is a great villa overlooking the Atlantic and Taylor Bay in Turks and Caicos. The Villa's location and being on the water is outstanding. The morning and evening views are breathtaking. Absolutely a great destination. The main areas inside of the Villa is laid out very nicely with a large kitchen, dining in a very nice lanai and easy access to the outside. Note: the only bedroom with water views is the master bedroom. The villa is perched high on a cliff with a moderately long staircase leading down to a fixed dock with easy access to the water (not for the feeble). The Villa comes with two two-man kayaks that are in good shape and very usable (needs one new paddle as of 1/18). All in all, we rate this Villa an 8 out of 10. The downsides are that the Villa is a little tired and could use some improvements and updates. The Villa is for sale, so the owners may be a bit hesitant to invest in outside landscaping, driveway updates, bathroom remodel, etc. The community offers two tennis courts and for a small investment, they can be made very playable (nets need fixing, the fence around the courts need repair and the community may want to consider putting up a canvas on the fence to knock down the wind a bit). As of 1/18, only one of the two courts were playable if you take your tennis seriously. Finally, we recommend this Villa. You will not be disappointed and you will love the location, the views and the Villa itself. Moonshadow definitely wins.
