• Smoking, including E-cigarettes and Shisha Pipes, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any breach of this rule will result in an immediate request for guests to vacate the villa without a refund. A penalty fee of $2,000 will also be charged for deep cleaning and shampooing of all soft furnishings. • Hosting parties and events on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction. • The Guest is not permitted to move or remove any furniture on the property. This includes indoor & outdoor sofa cushions, which are to remain fixed to the furniture. • To ensure a comfortable stay, Lessee is encouraged to keep sliding doors closed to prevent bugs from entering the Villa. • The Guest is reminded to use only plastic cups and dishes around the pool deck and outdoor dining area.
