At Villa Bash, a dedicated team consisting of a private butler, housekeeper, and chef delivers seamless, personalized hospitality from early morning until after dinner service each day. Staff arrive before breakfast to prepare the villa and remain available throughout the day to attend to guests’ every request with discretion and professionalism.

Housekeeping maintains the property to the highest standards, providing continuous cleaning and upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, windows, linens, and towels, while also offering guest laundry service upon request; delicate garments are carefully referred to a trusted local dry-cleaning provider. Turndown service is carried out each evening, usually during dinner service.

The Chef is available throughout the day to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sandwiches, and canapés tailored to guest preferences, while coordinating daily menu planning and sourcing fresh ingredients from local supermarkets.

Serving as the central point of communication for the villa, the Butler oversees guest experience and coordination between the in-villa team and offsite concierge services, assisting with food and beverage service, arranging amenities, preparing cocktails, and facilitating experiences such as restaurant reservations, boat charters, and in-villa spa treatments.
