OVERVIEW

Villa Aquazure is a modern, recently renovated property that has the footprint of a property originally constructed in the 1980s, when setback laws to the ocean were not yet in place. This offers guests incredible proximity to the ocean.

The main house has an open concept floor plan with a fully-equipped, beautiful kitchen, and a large dining room and living space that cleanly and conveniently opens up to the exterior ocean deck via large glass sliders.

Grill on the shaded patio or venture towards the water and enjoy your oceanfront stay under a partially shaded open-air deck. Take a dip in the pool, lounge on plush furniture or dine next to the ocean.

Private entrance, pool, pool loungers, outdoor dining area, king bed with garden view, kitchenette, central AC, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor shower.

Located just to the South of Leeward Point, the beach connects to Pelican Beach and ultimately Grace Bay Beach, an eleven-mile stretch of the best Turks and Caicos has to offer.

Walk to the marina around the corner or set sail on one of the complimentary kayaks or paddle boards. Across the way, you will find Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island.
