OVERVIEW

Aquazure is a beachfront cottage on Providenciales’ south shore in the Turks and Caicos Islands, nestled among mature palms in one of the island’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. Offering both a main residence and a separate guest house, this private retreat sits just steps from the turquoise water, creating an intimate and highly desirable oceanfront setting.

Originally built in the 1980s—before modern shoreline setback regulations—Aquazure enjoys an unusually close proximity to the sea, a rare feature that places guests right at the edge of the water. Recently renovated, the home blends its classic footprint with clean, modern coastal design.

The main house features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, spacious dining area, and relaxed living space that flows seamlessly outdoors through expansive glass sliders. The guest accommodation includes a king bedroom with garden views, kitchenette, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor shower—offering privacy and comfort for additional guests.

Outside, shaded patios and open-air decks invite effortless island living. Guests can grill al fresco, dine beside the ocean, or unwind on plush loungers overlooking the water. A private pool adds to the experience, along with multiple spaces designed for both sun and shade.

Aquazure is located just south of Leeward Point, with the beach stretching seamlessly toward Pelican Beach and onward to the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach—an eleven-mile ribbon of powder sand and turquoise water. The nearby marina is within walking distance, and guests can explore the coastline by kayak or paddleboard, with Mangrove Cay and Iguana Island just across the water.
