OVERVIEW
Seagrace Villa is nestled on the canal in the gated community of Leeward, just moments away from Salt Bar and Grill. This spectacular villa comes with everything you need for the perfect island vacation. The villa stocks beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas for your day trips to Grace Bay Beach, just five minutes away. Guests are also invited to explore the community on provided bicycles. For the more adventurous nature lovers, we offer kayaks and paddle boards which are ideal for meandering through Mangrove Cay where you will see a variety of tropical birds, fish and turtles. Just a little further past Mangrove Cay you will find Little Water Cay also known as Iguana island. With its pristine private beaches and lagoons, it is an ideal spot for a picnic or snapping a quick photo with one of the Cays many Rock Iguanas!
The villa is spacious and modern with hits of Bermudian design. As you enter the front door the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and is awash with natural light. The 64" smart TV is ideally positioned to be viewed from anywhere in the room without interfering with the spectacular views of the pool deck and outdoor living space.
Off to the right of the living room, you will find three bedrooms. The first is the large master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, on-suite bathroom and private access to the pool and surrounding decks. Next, is a guest's suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The third is a garden-view king bed with walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. All the rooms are spacious.
To the left of the living room you will find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island and bar as well as a formal dining area with quick access to the decks and barbecue. Back from the kitchen you will find a kid's bedroom with two single beds and large closet, a very large garden view king bedroom, another modern bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.
The jewel of Seagrace is its expansive pool and deck on the edge of the canal. Lined with warm coral stone this pool deck is ideal for entertaining. It is your own private resort with tons of seating, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue/poolside bar and gazebo seating with fire pit. Whether you enjoy early morning yoga or late evening cocktails, this deck is sure to be your favourite place to unwind.

Paradise in Turks and Caicos
Seagrace Villa is the perfect place to take the family. It is perfectly situated on the canal in Leeward and of course has its own pool. With the kayaks and SUP's it is easy to go over to the channel on Mangrove island where you will see more turtles than you have ever seen. The villa itself was beautiful, simple but luxurious, well equipped for self catering and not too far from anywhere. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Sea Grace Villa delivers on all levels!
Our extended family of 10 spent a week at Sea Grace Villa after a year + of COVID-living and missing our annual beach get together. Turks and Caicos was the perfect solution and Sea Grace Villa was absolute perfection for our family. The living space is ideal and the bedroom set up was exactly what we needed with 5 adults (all large, gorgeous bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on one side of the house) and two bedrooms for the 5 teenagers on the other side of the house, with their own bathroom. Living room space was also large, well-appointed with a large TV and enough sitting room for us all to be together. Kitchen was super-well stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, and even a lot of basic spices, oils, etc so we didn't have to buy all that ourselves. The outdoor living space is off the charts!! Huge, with so much room for a big group to spread out and "have their own spaces". We loved all of the seating options - from covered pergola to loungers to bar seating. Outdoor kitchen was also fabulous, complete with table for 8-10 and all of the pool-friendly kitchen ware as well. The dock on canal is also amazing - we swam there a lot, and used paddle boards and kayaks to explore the immediate surroundings. Pool, of course, also gorgeous, and used daily. Everything about this house is AWESOME and we did not have one complaint! Definitely hoping to make it an annual!

Time of our lives
Words cannot begin to capture the amazing experience me and my group had during our stay at Seagrace Villa. I will suffice it to say that the house was not only our home for our stay but it was also our hangout spot, our safe haven, and a place that we made the most amazing memories which we will each carry with us for the rest of our lives. I cannot speak highly enough of Kira, Claudius and Justin who all three came together to provide top class customer service throughout our stay. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful villa during our trip of a lifetime.
