• The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $120.00/day (one hundred twenty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the lessee’s security deposit at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
• Heated pool & jacuzzi: $225 per day
• $50 per person plus tax and service charge
• $150 plus tax and service charge for early check-in
• $250 plus tax and service charge for late check-out up to 3 PM, an additional $100 for an additional hour after 3 PM
• 3-bedroom rates include Villa Angelina; 5 Bedroom rates include Villa Julia and 8 Bedroom rates include both villas
