Big Chill is an expansive, modern home nestled in the prestigious canal system of Leeward, Providenciales, offering direct access to the islands’ waterways and effortless exploration by watercraft. With open living spaces, private decks, and sweeping water views, the home frames breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the canals. Just minutes from some of Turks and Caicos’ best beaches, Big Chill combines waterfront convenience with serene luxury, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

The living, dining and kitchen area combine for one large ‘Great Room’ that creates a comfortable, social setting that seamlessly opens up to the exterior pool deck via large 11’ Italian glass sliding doors.

Along the canal, Big Chill has a large dock, suitable for charter boats to easily pull up and take guests on the adventure of their choice. The villa’s concierge and management team are readily available to make any reservations upon the request of guests.

The dock also offers paddleboards and kayaks, complimentary for guests to use during their stay.

The pool deck offers al-fresco seating throughout, including lounging sofas, sun chairs, a poolside daybed and a fire pit. There is an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and a large 42” gas barbecue.

The pool is a large 15’ x 45’ lap or lounge pool with a maximum depth of 5’ along with an infant’s section that is only 1’ in depth.

Running parallel to the pool deck is a mini turf soccer pitch, complete with two goals.

Enjoy the open air, upper deck with ample seating and oversized umbrellas. This area overlooks the pool deck below, boat dock and canal. An elevated view ideal for stargazing or watching the sun rise.
