OVERVIEW

Bashert Cottage is a two-bed, two-bath villa located right on the water in the beautiful Chalk Sound National Park.

A small beach is accessible from the villa and Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches are located about two minutes away. Taylor Bay is a favourite amongst children due to its calm and relatively shallow water.

Tradewinds blow in from the east, although of course there's full house A/C if you prefer. Al fresco outdoor dining is offered, and is an excellent way to enjoy the outstanding sunsets overlooking Chalk Sound lagoon.

This villa is has stunning simplicity, reflecting the use of high-quality materials and use of natural sunlight throughout the villa.

Please note that this villa does not have a pool.

Anniversary in Paradise!

What a gorgeous property, Bashert Cottage! I am a travel agent and can say that Rental Escapes and their partners did a fantastic job making sure we had everything we needed and helped us with any hiccups. The property was absolutely stunning with the views and private beach! The partially outdoor open air shower was incredible as well. It was certainly hot when we were there so it was very nice to have the fan and ac unit in the bedroom. Having to pay for the AC electricity was a little daunting at first but then we realized that we did not rack up much power with our use. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and even paddled all the way to dinner one night at Las Brisas! Don't miss going there and get the Coconut Crusted Red Snapper tacos! A must! We greatly enjoyed our stay at Bashert Cottage and would highly recommend to anyone!

Exactly What We Were Looking For!

My husband and I were looking for a last minute get away and found Bashert Cottage. This property was recently renovated and features two mirror apartments, one up and one down. While we only used the upstairs, it would have been ideal for another couple or single traveling with us. The apartment is modern, well appointed, and very comfortable. The owners did a great job with amenities, such as a Weber grill, kayaks, paddle board, cooler and even added two beach chairs upon our request. We enjoyed time on the private beach and visited a public beach twice (Bight Beach) for the snorkeling. Being on Chaulk Sound was great...out of the traffic of Grace Bay hotels but easily accessible by car. While we were in the guest Cottage behind the main Villa, we felt completely secluded and only caught glimpses of the family staying there. Upon seeing my social posts, I have already received requests for information on this property and have gladly shared and recommended. Would visit here again for sure! Rental Escapes handled all communication and assisted with connecting us with a caterer that helped to provide provisions prior to our arrival. It was so nice to have that task done! We dined in and ventured out for just three meals.
