Nestled on a cliff with elevations reaching up to 47 feet, the upper entrance level of the three-bedroom beach house offers unparalleled views unique to the island’s North Shore, with the primary bedroom offering a captivating panorama of the ocean. The main level, thoughtfully carved into local limestone at 35 feet above sea level, unveils an expansive open living space that blurs the line between outdoor and indoor living. Outdoor entertainment areas include a covered living space off the great room, a sun deck and infinity pool, and a summer kitchen and bar. The large indoor kitchen and great room feature generous natural light and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening onto the expansive covered deck.
