The villa's two-level space, three bedrooms, superior outdoor living area, and private pool joined together in a flowing space and are bordered by lush foliage offering complete privacy.
The indoor areas are bright and crisp. The main level offers spacious, open-concept living and dining areas which are exquisitely furnished with modern, contemporary furnishings. The living area offers a 70" TV and DVD player.
The immaculate kitchen offers custom countertops and is fully equipped with modern state-of-the-art appliances. Large sliding glass doors open onto an outdoor pool area where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds.
The first bedroom is located on the main level of the villa. The master bedroom offers a king bed, air conditioning, closet, en-suite bathroom with a double sink and large shower. The bedroom opens right onto a newly expanded large tiled patio and offers sweeping views of the North side of the island, including Orient Bay.
The second bedroom is located on the main level of the villa and offers a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. The bedroom and bathroom open right onto the pool deck.
Located on the lower level of the villa, you will find the third bedroom offering a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. This bedroom opens onto its own private terrace area with two chairs for your enjoyment of the views.

Oyster Pond, Saint Martin
The villa is located in Oyster Pond, conveniently located to the ferry service from Oyster Pond to St. Barths; just a short drive to Dawn Beach & The Westin Resort & Casino; 15 minutes from Orient Bay, the center for water sports on the island; 10 minutes from Philipsburg the center for the best shopping on the island and 20 minutes from Grand Case where you will find the best "French Restaurants on the island."
As Villa L'Agua sits over 500 feet about sea level, the drive up through Oyster Pond Estates presents some switchback turns and the driveway into the villa is steep. All SUVs, whether 4-wheel drive or not (we don't have snow or ice), have no problem navigating the drive and it's fine for smaller automobiles. Traditional sedans, with longer wheel-bases and minimal clearance, may encounter problems navigating the entrance to the driveway. Many SUVs can be rented for the same amount as mid-sized sedans and it's recommended that you do so.
At L'Agua, have a truly memorable experience. Watch the spectacular sunrise,enjoy the panoramic views while sipping a cocktail on the spacious decks, have a bar-b-que under the stars, take a dip in the pool while overlooking the scenic setting or go down to Dawn Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. True escape from reality
The villa is spectacular the views are amazing the open concept cannot be appreciated by the pictures. The bedroom view is breathtaking. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and hope to return annually
