St Martin first timers!!
Rental Escapes Review: Rental Escapes provided exceptional service from the moment we booked. Stef and Anastasiia were absolutely amazing—professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. What Rental Escape Arranged • Airport pickup • Rental car delivery directly to the villa • (Although one car had a low-pressure signal due to a screw in the tire. Unfortunately, we had to drive back to the rental outlet ourselves. It would have been ideal if the rental company had come to the villa to fix it.) Housekeeping (Again, the platform should be updated to reflect the “every other day” schedule.) Concierge service We only saw the concierge once. When we contacted him about the tire issue, we were told to return to the rental outlet ourselves, which was disappointing. On the last day, he was stuck in traffic and couldn’t come to say goodbye, however he did call to check in to keep us updated on driver that was picking us up. • Beach chair rentals arranged in advance • Rental Escape took care of renting beach chairs before our arrival and had them ready for us at the villa. This was a huge plus and made our beach days effortless. Rental Escape even checked in by email during our stay, which we appreciated. Overall Impression Although the villa itself needs updates and more accurate representation online, the service from Rental Escape was outstanding. Stef and Anastasiia went above and beyond to ensure we had support, information, and guidance throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Rental Escape and would use them again in the future.
