Incredible Experience at Aqua Rock!

What a fantastic experience we had with Rental Escapes. To give some context - we were set to depart on a chartered yacht but within 48 hours of our departure time, a hurricane warning was issued for the island and we had to quickly make a backup plan since we would not be able to proceed with our boat trip. We were already on the island by the time we found out so we were really pressed to quickly find a way to to keep us safe and still enjoy our planned vacation. Enter Amanda at Rental Escapes. I cannot talk enough about how incredible her customer service was. She was attentive, sought to understand our needs, reacted quickly to our inquires and was simply fantastic to work with. In short order we had multiple locations to review and seek approval from homeowners to see if they would be (on EXTREMELY short notice) able to take visitors to their properties with a hurricane on the way. One property caught my attention from the start and that was Aqua Rock. Ed and Kate were simply awesome. Not only did they allow a last minute rental but they went above and beyond to make sure we had provisions knowing we would more than likely be stuck for a few days without the ability to leave the property. Additionally, they let us on the property early morning (vs. normal afternoon check-in time) so we could get settled before the storm hit. Throughout our stay they both kept in touch and were attentive to any need or request we had. I cannot thank them both enough. Our concierge (Daggi) was also wonderful. She connected with us early and often and provided some guidance on things to do and coordinated efforts with us so that it was really easy to plan. Especially the chef service that we arranged with Chef Valentin. He and his associate Anna made special care to ensure the menu met the needs of our group. We had a picky eater and others that were more adventurous and they really worked to ensure that every one of us had the best experience. We worked with them three nights and hands down if I ever get back to St. Martin - I will work with them again. Last but not least is the property itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Aqua Rock is absolutely incredible. The views, the comfort of the beds, the amenities that were in the house, the pool - I honestly can't say enough. It went above and beyond meeting my expectations. Thank you again for helping us to have a place to ride out a hurricane and for turning would could have been a sub par vacation into a once in a lifetime trip with many incredible memories. I'd love to come back and will most certainly work with Rental Escapes again.
