OVERVIEW

This beautiful residence has all the modern amenities and features over 5,000 square feet (500 square metres) of luxurious interiors, including four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, a large living room, a media room, an office, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Extensive terraces surround the large 50' by 30' (15m by 10m) infinity pool and Jacuzzi, and a poolside gazebo area provides ample space for shaded outdoor dining and lounging.

All four bedrooms feature large ensuite baths with showers, and two are part of a primary suite which includes a private outdoor terrace and a large outdoor Jacuzzi tub on a deck overlooking the lagoon. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house, facing the infinity pool and overlooking the lagoon with views of Saba in the distance. Each of these two independent bedrooms has its own full bath and can be accessed by guests from either the poolside or the gated driveway carport arrival area. An additional one-bedroom, one-bath unit is located on a lower level below the pool.

The property also features a boat dock for access to the Simpson Bay lagoon.

The Lowlands are the location of some spectacular beaches: Baie Longue and Baie aux Prunes (Long Beach and Plum Beach) are secluded, have public parking, but no services. Neither beach is ever crowded. Baie Rouge is set amongst some dramatic red cliffs. The elegant homes in Terres Basses are sitting on generous lots, most of them with gorgeous views of either the Lagoon or the ocean, or both. By car it's about 10 minutes away from Marigot, and 15 minutes away from the Airport.
