Built over two buildings, villa Unik is a splendid contemporary-style property. The decoration by Philippe Starck creates a delightfully exclusive atmosphere in the heart of the beautiful environment. There is a fully air-conditioned living room furnished with sofas and colourful cushions. The indoor dining room is located close to the kitchen with a breakfast bar featuring white and black checkerboard style. Onto the front, the large openings offer a breathtaking view over the ocean and the tropical garden planted with lush vegetation, while large windows also open onto the back of the villa, a true freshness island letting the trade winds blow in. For any events, a professional kitchen is available, whenever you wish to call upon a private chef.
The front terrace offers a breathtakingly beautiful view over the ocean and the rolling hills. The luxurious furnishings make it a heavenly place to enjoy the Caribbean beauty. The 20m long, heated infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, outdoor lounges and coffee tables in a very private atmosphere. Under the covered area, you’ll find a dining room with pastel-coloured chairs that can accommodate sixteen guests close to the cocktail bar. What’s more, a mosaic-covered jacuzzi is available for relaxing sessions in absolute luxury, under the lovely foliage of the Caribbean palm trees.
Villa Unik consists of ten bedrooms with bathrooms and views over the ocean or the garden. Seven suites are in the main building, four of which are on the same level as the living room, and three on the lower level. The other three bedrooms are located in a separate building called "The Cottage," which features a checkerboard kitchen, a comfy living room and a second infinity heated pool. A cinema room and a fitness room are also at your disposal in this luxurious property, right in the incredible beauty of St-Barths.
