The dining room can accommodate up to ten guests close to the fully-equipped kitchen with an island for snacking at any time. An office area is available near the kitchen, the quietest place to write or rest on the comfortable bench. In the gentle Caribbean air, the ambience is relaxing while you’re marvelling at nature’s beauty.

At the front of Villa Alta Rocca, the terrace welcomes you in a heavenly atmosphere around a large heated infinity swimming pool and comfy deckchairs. In front of the ocean, the view is amazing as the sun shines on the sparkling reflections of St. Barths’ waters. At the back of the living room, a large bay opens onto the garden with lovely grass and is planted with fine trees that gently shelter a dream garden lounge. The charming wooden pergola filters the sun's rays, playing with light and shade in this soft and quiet green bower.

The holiday rental villa Alta Rocca consists of three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms. All are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs and feature private bathrooms. Two of them offer a splendid ocean view and open onto the terrace with a swimming pool, while the third one is located at the back and offers a lovely view over the garden and, in the distance, through the transparency of the open-plan living room, over the waters of St. Barths. A TV room and a well-equipped fitness room are also at your disposal for your stay.
