OVERVIEW

Villa Ti Lama is comfortable and romantic, in cottage style, it also offers an ideal geographical area. It is only a few minutes by car from the Flamands beach and the sumptuous Hotel Cheval Blanc and ten minutes by car from Gustavia with its shops, restaurants, port and Saint-Jean airport.

Villa Ti Lama consists of two units. In terms of furniture, the first one has a living room equipped with two white hanging chairs, a small modern table, and an original wardrobe with an old look that gives it its charm. The kitchen is open to the living room, it is functional, and has elegant equipment and a wooden table for two people. The outdoor dining table with an aged look, suitable for four people, faces the superb swimming pool.

The second unit includes an air-conditioned room decorated and equipped with a king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds, a high definition flat-screen television with French satellite, a safe, an adjoining bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, and a hairdryer. Next to the outside dining table is a small lounge area with a sofa, table and small armchairs.

The terrace is spacious and offers two sun loungers and a gas barbecue. The pretty swimming pool invites you to calm and relaxation. The property makes the WIFI available.
