The Residences at the Colonnade combine the comfort of a single-level luxury condo in a historic village setting with the Old World charm of a finely crafted Alpine living experience. Unit 14 is one of nine Colonnade Luxury condos and has a seamless blend of sophistication and elegance with a panoramic view of Bald Mountain.

Unit 14 offers three bedrooms and three baths with an open floor plan. The master bedroom features a king bed with a goose down comforter and includes a walk-in closet, large, TV, and a fantastic view of Bald Mountain. Just off the master bedroom is the master bath with an oversize bathtub, separate tile shower, and heated tumbled marble flooring. Please note that air conditioning is not central air conditioning but portable units in the master and living room.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a goose down comforter, TV, closet and a full private tiled bath. The third bedroom also contains a queen size bed with a goose down comforter and TV with the third bath and shower just off the entry hall.

The heated one-car garage has ski racks available for storage of your skis and boots.
