OVERVIEW

A seven-bedroom, three-bathroom private villa located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. The Garden is thoughtfully designed, and the neighbourhood is quiet. This is what desert living is all about.

Inside, tasteful accents add depth to rooms stocked with amenities. Then off to the kitchen and dining room, another tasteful, sophisticated space. The back patio is covered and features a fire pit, and beyond it gleams a swimming pool.

Festivals, however, are only the tip of your personal California Cool iceberg. If you’re golf-inclined, practice your swing surrounded by swaying palms at PGA West or the Indian Wells Golf Club, two of the best greens in the nation. If you’re a history buff, the Coachella Valley History Museum is a desert gem, filled with fascinating exhibits about the area and surrounded by vast botanical gardens. If you’re an outdoors adventurer, go stargazing at nearby Joshua Tree National Park, home to rugged rock formations and its namesake twisted, bristling beauties. And if you want to go out on the town to grab a bite, shop, and enjoy the nightlife, well...this is Palm Springs after all.

Channel your inner Gordon Ramsay and whip up a MasterChef-worthy meal for your guests in the large kitchen while they unwind by the fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room. The house is filled with natural light during the day to enjoy before heading back out to the pool and outdoor grill. You’ll leave glowing from the inside out.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbours, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
