Fun and Effortless Vacation
Our experience at Palm Villas Estates, booked through Rental Escapes, was absolutely excellent. The each staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and also addressed anything that could have been made better. Every member of my party was impressed with the experience from the concierge service to the housekeeping and the chefs. The chef's accommodated our dietary needs and the concierge was eager to make sure all the amenties that would be needed for my elderly guests was in working order and easy to use. I will especially comment on the demeanor of the staff. I'm sure they have their own families and lives to look after, but they looked after us and treated us like family. We enjoyed sharing our Indian cultural traditions with them and they also shared their traditions around food and this holiday time with us. Thank you very much to Olga, Maria, Chef Orqui and Chef Christian for an absolutely splended time. From Rental Escapes, Judit was a fantastic concierge! She really did her best to make sure we could accomplish everything we hoped for! I so appreciated how she kept in touch with the local concierge to make communications easier. Judit also sent a bottle of champagne for my grandma's birthday on a catamaran. That gesture was so sweet and thoughtful! Thank you for a lovely trip! Can't wait to do it again.
