• Please note: We kindly ask you to consider that the Punta Mita resort applies a resort fee for access to its facilities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. This fee is $50 per adult (ages 13+) and $30 per child (ages 5–12). It will be added to your booking quote, along with a mandatory 15% service charge and 16% VAT.

New Years Family Gathering at Casa Todo Bien
What an incredible experience in Punta Mita! Rental Escapes was amazing all the way through the process of home selection, transportation, and hospitality. Our family was able to secure the perfect home for us and our needs, and care and comfort through out the week was memorable making it the best family vacation of our lives. It’s not easy traveling with 15 (7 young children), but the entire experience was one we’ll never forget. Bravo
