With our two year expansion project just completed in 2013, Casa la Vista now offers 25,000 square feet of luxury oceanfront vacationing and amazing sunsets year-round!

Perched majestically on the outer edge of Mismaloya Cove, with a north south wing and an east west wing, Casa la Vista (translated 'house with the view') has a combination of amazing views quite unique and impressive!

Tremendous amount of public lounging space indoors and out, perfect for large groups, special occasions and wedding events. Fantastic full floor game room, with full kitchen/bar, pool table, poker table, blackjack table, Foosball table, air hockey table and entertainment cabinet with home theater and BOSE music system for indoors and outdoors.

The full floor primary suite includes a living area, dining area, full granite kitchen, walk-in closet, full bath with two person shower and two person Jacuzzi, as well as an incredibly large oceanfront deck. the third primary bedroom also offers a nice private garden patio, with platform beach lounge area.
