Villa Cas Concos offers five comfortable double bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests in total, with one bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, complete with premium toiletries, thick towels and underfloor heating. The primary suite features an elegant bathtub and a double shower, while all bedrooms are light-filled and open onto terraces with views over the garden and towards the mountains. King-size beds dressed in quality King of Cotton bed linen ensure a restful night’s sleep throughout the villa.

At nearly 14 metres in length, the swimming pool provides ample space for leisurely laps or drifting in the sunshine. It includes a swan-neck jet and can be securely gated, making it suitable for families with young children staying at Villa Cas Concos. Around the pool are ten cushioned loungers with parasols and a convenient outdoor shower. One terrace is home to a ping-pong table, while another features a sail-canopied chill-out area with a wicker daybed-style lounger. A Sonos sound system allows music to follow you around Villa Cas Concos, setting the tone for relaxed days and balmy evenings.

A sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from quick snacks to leisurely meals. Just outside, a second summer kitchen features a gas barbecue and dining table, ideal for long alfresco lunches and dinners at Villa Cas Concos.

A rooftop terrace provides a lovely spot for sunset cocktails, while those keen to dine out will find the small village of Cas Concos just a short drive away, with a couple of excellent local restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine.
