Sol De Verano is equipped with four bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. Both indoor and outdoor areas are equipped with wireless internet access.

On the main floor of the house, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating, a living and dining room with satellite TV, a cloakroom, and a primary double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, and an office with a sofa bed. You can access the swimming pool from this floor and from one of the bedrooms.

Sol de Verano is also equipped with a fantastic gym on the lower ground floor together with a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board, and a little kitchenette for the pool area.
