Enjoy the lush beauty of the surrounding Pinhal golf course whilst relaxing at this well-equipped villa that features outdoor Jacuzzi, cinema and game room and is just 20 minutes' walk from the bustling Vilamoura marina.

The property has six bedrooms, all air conditioned and six bathrooms (one with a bathtub and five with a shower) and a further separate WC.

The large and well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, quality appliances and a large built-in oven and includes a capsule coffee machine and a water purifier. The kitchen has access to the pool area and a door that leads directly to the barbecue. The living room has excellent natural light throughout the day and is furnished with leather seating and plush pillows and has a TV above the gas fireplace. The dining area has an extendable dining table and the whole area has sliding windows facing the pool.

Further facilities downstairs include a laundry room with a washer dryer, a games area with a pool table, table tennis table, table football and even a small zone to do some exercise. The air-conditioned cinema room has a sofa with chaise longue and several beanbags.

The house has a built-in sound system in the living room, bedrooms and some bathrooms.

Outside guests can unwind whilst enjoying the climate of the Algarve surrounded by palm and pine trees. There is an outdoor pool which is approximately nine meters long by five wide and 1.4 metres deep at the deep end. Besides the main pool, there is a smaller pool only 80cm deep, perfect for smaller children. The bubbling outdoor Jacuzzi with waterfall and many powerful jets is perfect to help with the rest and relaxation!

Facing the swimming pool is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture, shaded by a wooden pergola with a straw roof. Sun loungers are available as well as a large outdoor rattan table with a glass top and chairs. Next to the outdoor dining table, there is an external speaker which is connected to the house sound system. Next to the kitchen lies the built-in charcoal barbecue, a sink and a coffee table with chairs.

In the back of the garden, there is a putting green and playground with a rubber floor, equipped with a slide, swings and a wooden house which makes a perfect play area for the younger guests at this villa.
