OVERVIEW
This south-facing villa was completed in early 2016 to the highest standard, with a beautiful garden and stunning views of the sea from the roof terrace. It has electric shutters, underfloor heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, cable TV, and a barbecue.
Accommodation includes the open-plan living and dining area with an open kitchen (which has Bosch appliances and an American-style fridge/freezer). Large sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and garden. Outside guests will enjoy the pool (8m x 4m approximately, which can be heated at extra cost), a large garden with seating areas, a dining terrace, and a barbecue.
