OVERVIEW

This is one of the exclusive villas built on the clifftop, between Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia, part of a large private estate comprising Villa Edmundo next door. There is a gate in the garden for guests wishing to book both properties, otherwise, they remain private, with separate entrances and independent of each other. There is direct, private access to the beach from the gardens via a gate, steps, and a stile. Just below the villa, there are two beach restaurants and the beach has sun beds and lifeguards. The villa enjoys complete privacy, and it is difficult to believe it is just a short walk from Santa Eulália with its variety of restaurants and bars. The popular Areias de São João is also close by, making this a good choice for groups that include teenagers, although many clients rarely leave this idyllic spot and choose instead to stock up at the local supermarket. The accommodation spreads over three sections: the main house, the courtyard on the first floor, and the patio room, both with external access from the entrance courtyard. There is also an independent, two-bedroom annex just behind the main entrance, only available on request at extra cost.
