• Personal service by the villa staff, including a housekeeper (4 hours a day, excluding Sunday), gardener, and pool maintenance. Owners live on the premises, in a separate wing of the villa with an independent entrance.
• Midweek change of bath linen and pool towels
• Daily Continental buffet breakfast
• Welcome buffet-style dinner, including local wine (owner’s choice) – for weekly rentals only
• One complimentary mini-bar pre-stocking on arrival in all bedrooms
