Florence is more popular than ever, with 16 million visitors pouring in each year attracted by its architectural heritage - one of the richest in the world - and its renowned food culture. The city is a pulsing open-air museum and offers sophisticated shopping and a plethora of exceptional dining choices as well. In the middle of it is Capital, an exclusive deluxe prestigious apartment ideally located in the historic city center. This unique property occupies the first floor of a historical building with an elevator and features four elegantly furnished en-suite bedrooms. Capital is a real dream home, refined and very comfortable, with all the famous monuments just a few steps away.
The recent makeover and refurbishment of Capital was assigned to the wise hands of an on-trend Florentine designer, who transformed this old apartment into a stylish luxury residence. This chic apartment exudes comfort, thanks to two spacious dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-designed bright living room with access to a balcony that overlooks one of Florence's major piazzas. During the renovation, wonderful and authentic fresco walls and ceilings were discovered in some parts of the apartment; it was decided that these remain intact, in order to conserve the signs of the time and the mix of various ages, and also to use them as a basis for creating a dominant color palette for the various rooms. Thanks to that decision to preserve the old soul of the apartment, history and modern luxury now come together very harmoniously.
Perfect for a large family, a group of friends coming for the first time to Florence, a return stay, or for anyone eager to be immersed in the city's latest scene, staying at Capital allows you to absorb the beauty of this historic city while living like a local in Florence's 'Left Bank', the Oltrarno.
