• Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
• The Italian government may require payment of a Visitor's Tax (approximately €1.50 to €6 per person per day) depending on the location. The tax may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. The tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• The caretaker lives on the premises in separate quarters, guests' privacy is guaranteed.

• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (daily service), cook (up to seven hours per day, prepares three meals per day), waiter (up to seven hours per day), pool maintenance and gardener
• All utilities (electricity, air conditioning, heating and water)
• Change of bath and pool towels (on Wednesday)
