Maria is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including housekeeper, butler, and chef
• Daily bath linen change
• Use of courtesy Speed Boat up to 7 pax (15/20 knots, 40 HP) – cost of fuel not included

Service:
• Butler service: 6 days per week from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm, with 3½ hours rest in the afternoon (one day off or two half-days off)
• Chef service: 6 days per week from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm, with 3½ hours rest in the afternoon (one day off or two half-days off)

Amenities and services available upon request (extra cost):
• Additional staff available at this villa includes extra hours: Butler and cook €15/hr/per staff member (to be paid directly to the staff), Personal ironing (€15 per hour)
• Cost of food and beverage
• Extra bed: €150/night
• Extra change of bed linen: €40 per set/per change
