It features a private swimming pool (8 mts x 12 mts ), a wide, private terrace with a view of the sea and a beautiful patio lounge area living-porch equipped with comfortable sofas. The Garden is about 2000 sq. meters (6500 sq feet) large, shaded by an ancient lemon pergola and trees is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun lounger chairs, and part of the garden is equipped with games for children – a wide area of the lawn between olive and lemon trees, flowers, and Mediterranean plants.

Villa Bonsanti is located in the village Marciano just 2 km from Massa Lubrense in the center of the Sorrento Peninsula, directly be the sea. Due to its strategic location, the village whose name derives from that of a Roman family that once owened the property, offers beautiful views of the island of Capri, to the bay of Naples and of Mount Vesuvius at a distance.
Approximetly 100 feet above sea level, the village stretches on the western slope of the Tower of Termini, between S.Lorenzo and Bacoli. This area is a natural paradise; the marine protected area of Punta Campanella prevents access from the bay Jeranto to all boats. Small boats are available for rent at the port of Massa Lubrense (ask our concierge team for more information), an area suitable for a variety of types of production: sublime olive oil, fresh fruit, grapefruit, cheeses, and a variety of dairy products.
