Romeo is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a housekeeper (excluding Sundays), pool and garden maintenance
• Electricity, central air conditioning, heating, water and final cleaning
• Change of bed linens and bath and pool towels (mid-week)
• Porter service available on the day of arrival and departure
• Shuttle service on request from the villa to Massa Lubrense main square from 8:00am to 4:00pm (on Sundays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm)

Amenities and services available upon request (extra charge):
• Additional staff available at this villa includes extra housekeeping (€25 per hour per staff member) and cook
• Grocery service: from €50/service, plus cost of purchased items
• Cost of food and beverages
• Extra bed €700/week – max 4 extra beds available

• Professional outdoor kitchen and pizza oven can be operated only by villa personnel
• Due to the narrow private access road, we advise against the use of cars to reach the villa’s entrance. Free parking is available at close distance from the property
• All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven/fourteen days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
