The accommodation for 16 guests consists of seven bedrooms (five double and two triple) and seven bathrooms. The villa is a perfect spot for a family or group of friends holiday, for weddings, birthday celebrations, or corporate events in complete privacy. Whether lounging on the spacious porch, enjoying a swim in the private heated pool, or cooking up an island barbecue, you’ll be treated to a superb vista of the ocean, the islands, and Hvar’s famous sunsets. In addition to all of this comfort and luxury, the villa is completely energy self-sufficient with its own solar collector and windmill that create energy from the sun that shines 2718 hours per year and the prevailing winds. The spacious 200 square meters terrace provides the most amazing and magical view of the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač, and mainland Split.
