Styled around the marina waterfront, each Boathouse offers a private dock (accommodating up to a 26′ boat), so you can answer the call of the ocean whenever it beckons, complemented by personalized concierge service tailored to your stay. The Boat Houses are arranged in clusters of no more than 10 houses, striking a harmonious balance between community, scenic vistas, and room to breathe.

With two king bedrooms, a third with two twin beds and 3.5 bathrooms, the Boathouses span three stories with stairs, offering a total of 2,336 square feet of exceptional design that prioritizes natural light, contemporary lines, and a welcoming ambiance. They feature Italian-designed Arclinea kitchens, Bosch or equivalent appliances, and a dining terrace overlooking the dock. The central community area features a pool, loungers, and umbrellas.
