High ceilings with slim-framed, floor-to-ceiling glass offers outstanding views of Grace Bay beach. A media room, powder room, laundry room, and office are also located on the ground floor.

Adjacent to the villa is the ground floor guest cottage with 2 garden-view king-bedded ensuite bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom with shower and terrace. (One of the cottage bedrooms can be converted to 2 twin beds).
