This brand-new, two-story villa offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, blending contemporary elegance with a relaxed Caribbean vibe. The lower level features a light-filled living area with soaring loft ceilings, flanked by two bedrooms, and opens seamlessly onto a spacious terrace with a glorious infinity pool. Two additional bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with a balcony overlooking the water, ensuring every guest enjoys the spectacular panorama.

The interiors are minimal yet sophisticated, with crisp white walls, natural wood accents, and subtle touches of sea green, coral pink, and blue perfectly complementing the endless topaz waters and skies.
