As part of the island’s unique natural environment, guests may occasionally spot iguanas or monkeys in the area. These wonderful creatures are present throughout the island, including its most exclusive neighbourhoods. Iguanas are known to frequent areas near water, including pools, and their presence may occasionally result in droppings nearby. This is a common, island-wide occurrence. While we do everything possible to minimize this, occasional visits from local wildlife are part of the natural charm of the island and may be unavoidable.
