OVERVIEW

The Villa Nature, a recent construction, is spread over several levels. It offers an ideal geographical location, only ten minutes by car from the supermarkets, bakeries and the beach of Lorient, fifteen minutes from the airport of Saint-Jean and the shops, bars, businesses and restaurants of Gustavia.

Villa Nature has a modern decoration, inside and outside in white wood, warm and very bright. In terms of furniture, the living room overlooking the pool and the ocean is open to the kitchen, it includes a grey speckled grey sofa, two white armchairs, a long bench with red, white, beige, grey speckled and black cushions, a wooden table, and a flat-screen high definition television with Apple TV. The modern kitchen with an ocean view is open to the living room and well equipped.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. On the first pavilion, you will find the first bedroom with tropical and ocean view, with a king-size bed with white and grey striped white cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, a television, and a bathroom shared with bedroom four, it includes a double sink, a shower and a separate toilet. A second bedroom on the mezzanine has a king-size bed with white and beige cushions, two bedside tables with lamps and a projection screen. In a separate pavilion, next to the pool, is the third bedroom with access to a small terrace and views of the tropical environment and the ocean. It has a king-size bed with white and beige cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, a rear projection screen with Apple TV and Sonos sound system. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with double sinks, a shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the pavilion is the master bedroom with access to a small terrace and views of the tropical environment and the ocean, then offers a king-size bed with white and red cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, and a bathroom with double sinks, a shower and separate toilet.

With a view of the tropical environment and the ocean, the terrace is very spacious and has sun loungers in front of the beautiful heated swimming pool. There is also a gazebo with a long wooden outdoor dining table for twelve people and to relax, a jacuzzi awaits you.
