Villa Lagon Rose is a villa nestled in the exclusive Domaine du Levant.
Located at the top of Petit Cul de Sac, the property offers a breathtaking view of Turtle Island and St-Martin and is only a few steps from the beach.
The living room overlooks the swimming pool with a view of the ocean. A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living room and dining room, which can comfortably accommodate nine people.
The air-conditioned bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and open onto a private terrace with a view. The third and fourth bedrooms are located facing the pool terrace. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level, away from the rest of the house.
A terrace surrounds the pool with steps. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet and French satellite television.
Villa Lagon Rose offers a cleaning service every day except Sundays and public holidays. This villa is suitable for young children.

Nice Property
Property was nice but we should have been warned about all the construction going on in the area. There were 3 villas under construction and every morning they started between 7:30 and 8:00 am and continued until after 5:00pm. The noise was enough to wake us every morning and no naps in the pm. We were offered to switch villas on day 3 but by then everyone had settled into the villa. Also, the kitchen was lacking in some basics: pot holders, tongs for the bbq, light for the bbq, mixing bowls, pots were scratched and worn, meat thermometer, knive sharpner. Also the villa had no commentary coffee, condiments, or water. Since you could not drink the water in the villa there should have been some drinkable water in the villa.
