Villa Thelma

Villa Thelma, is a newly built, four-bedroom villa, high in the hills above Marigot Bay, offering impressive views and great amenities.

The gorgeous deck offers plenty of options to enjoy the views and nearly all-day sun. It has several seating areas, including a large outdoor living area and sundeck below the heated infinity pool. The dining table is situated outside the living room and is covered by an awning that can be fully opened allowing to dine under the stars, or kept closed to provide shade during hot, sunny days.

The enormous main room with its beautiful hardwood ceiling and joists that makes the space seem even bigger, has a dining area and comfortable seating around the entertainment center. A breakfast bar separates the living room from the fully-equipped kitchen, which stretches out all the way around behind the living room, allowing a chef to prepare a meal privately. The glass ceiling above the kitchen lets in plenty of light and brightens up the entire main room.

The primary master bedroom is just outside the living room in a large, open pavilion, with the same hardwood ceiling and joists as the main room, as well as beautiful hardwood floors. It has a European king bed, and a large dressing area, which connects to the en-suite bathroom in the back. The large shower opens to a private garden with an extra, outdoor shower. The second master bedroom is situated in a pavilion in front of the primary, and has similar floors and ceiling, but is slightly smaller and has no outdoor shower. It has a European king bed and an oversize bathroom with a dressing area and shower.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms, a large garage, fitness and home cinema and is accessed from an open, glass staircase, but there is also an elevator. The third bedroom is situated right below the second, with the fourth across a hallway. These bedrooms are nearly identical, with a European king bed, and a large bathroom with a dressing area. The lower bedrooms also have a small, private terrace with seating outside. All bedrooms have U.S satellite and Apple TV including Netflix, and there is a villa-wide SONOS sound system.

Villa Thelma is an excellent choice for couples vacationing together, and comes with housekeeping seven days a week, public holidays included.
