OVERVIEW

Luz in addition to being luxurious and close to everything. Not far from the Luz, there is the beach of Lorient, restaurants and supermarkets at five minutes, the airport at ten minutes and Gustavia at fifteen minutes.

The property is on two floors. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms accessible from the terrace where the large swimming pool is located. In terms of furniture, the master bedroom offers a queen size bed, mosquito nets, desk, safe and a bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet. The second bedroom has the same amenities. On the upper level, you will find a third bedroom, the fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow. Then you have an air-conditioned living room with ocean view, two white sofas with light brown cushions and a beige armchair with light brown cushion and footrest, a wooden table, and a flat screen high definition television with French and American satellite programming, CD/DVD player, iPod station. There is a comfortable indoor dining room with benches and cushions with lines and orange and then a table. Another dining room is under a roof but outside. There is a wooden table available for six people. The air-conditioned kitchen is modern and well equipped.

On the same level, a spacious terrace is available with sitting, relaxing and sunbathing areas, adding to this a tropical and green environment with plants and palm trees and a beautiful swimming pool surrounding you. There is everything you need to relax and think of nothing!
