Take the stairs down to the bridge and admire the extensive view of the bay of Lorient and the islands beyond, and in the distance, on the next promontory to the west, the picturesque remains of 'Autour du Rocher', Jimmy Buffett's legendary hotel and nightclub in the 1980's.

Coco is all white, elegant, spacious and very private. It transports you to an exceptional tropical universe and has a superb view of the ocean ranging from deep blue to turquoise blue and the hills, you will enjoy it from every room of the property. In terms of furniture, Coco offers a comfortable living room with a beige corner sofa and light brown/beige and dark brown/beige cushions, two wooden coffee tables and a HDTV with satellite programming and DVD player. In the other room next to the living room, you will find a nice white pool table to play with your family or friends. Open to the living room, the dining room includes a large rectangular light wood table with six chairs and another small white square table for three people. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room. It is modern, practical and fully equipped with a square table in dark wood with four taupe grey stools.

On the left side of the living and dining room, and very close to the pool, the air-conditioned master bedroom is decorated in a modern and refined Caribbean style. It offers a king teak bed with white cushions, two small round dark wood bedside tables with lamps, a flat screen HDTV with CD/DVD player and a video recorder as well as a large cupboard. The bathroom is en-suite with a two vanity unit and a shower. The second air-conditioned bedroom with access to the terrace and deckchairs has a king teak bed with white cushions, two small round bedside tables in dark wood with lamps, an HDTV with CD/DVD player and a video recorder and a cupboard on the same level. The bathroom is just behind the bed with a double vanity unit and a shower with rain head. The third air-conditioned bedroom offers a king teak bed with white cushions, a small table in dark and white wood, two large wall lamps, an HDTV with CD/DVD player and a video recorder, a large cupboard and a rounded sofa with white and blue cushions. The bathroom is en-suite with a double vanity unit and a shower.

A few steps away, you will find a fitness room with a view of the tropical environment, the ocean and the hills. It is well equipped, with a Technogym weight system, as well as a treadmill, bike and elliptical. If you are looking for the best view to relax and watch the sunset, there is an outdoor lounge area : an alcove surrounded by casual seating with white cushions with dark gray, light gray and dark gray with white stripes for eight people and a large white square table. You also have a green lawn, just move one of the deck chairs under the branches of the coconut trees and spend a pleasant time sunbathing or for a reading break.

There are several patios and different outdoor spaces. The outdoor patio is well secluded for private yoga classes or for a relaxing massage on the deckchairs. Facing the tropical environment, the ocean and the hills, you have a private jacuzzi and a superb nautilus shaped infinity pool.
