OVERVIEW

The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee ($) (plus a 15% service charge). Children between the ages of 13 and 15 pay at a discounted rate (plus a 15% service charge). Guests can also pay per day, for guests ages 16 and older, who stay for one to four days. This can be either prepaid or upon arrival at the Club. For children 12 years of age and younger, our Temporary Memberships are complimentary.

Sunrise is a charming beach cottage on the oceanfront, offering a private sandy beach and a relaxed, open-plan layout. The villa’s easygoing atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a getaway in paradise.

This classic beach house is just steps from the Golf Clubhouse, with the main Club’s private beach and water sports facilities only a short stroll away. The villa feels wonderfully private, accessed through a beautiful courtyard before stepping inside to a spacious living area. Right beyond the living room, a large veranda opens up to stunning ocean views, and a lawn provides a safe, open space for kids to play.

The living room is casually furnished with classic Jamaican wicker furniture, and there’s a separate dining area as well as a bar. Step outside to an expansive dining terrace, perfect for enjoying meals with an incredible sea view.

Inside, three bedrooms are in the main house—one with a king bed and two with twin beds in a unique layout. The fourth bedroom is in a separate cottage and offers a luxurious king-size bed. A pool overlooks the beach and ocean outside, manicured lawns surround the property. The villa also features a small organic garden, providing fresh produce for guests to enjoy.
