The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become a member during their stay via a temporary membership fee of $130 (plus 15% service charge) per week for guests 16 years and older, or $26 (plus 15% service charge) per person per day for stays of less than seven days.
Bee Happy is on the ridge of the hill adjacent to the elegant 18th century Georgian Great House. It is just two minutes by golf cart to the Club's private beach, and also newly constructed Beach Club and championship Tryall Golf Course. Conveniently located, it is a short stroll from many of the Club's amenities, including the main swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, Kid's Club, and shops.
The architecture is modern Colonial in style, beautifully appointed, perfectly balancing Caribbean elegance and the laid back escape island life offers. The owner's attention to detail in this villa is felt throughout and has Jamaican artisans' work tastefully assigned. At the entrance is an antique sugar boiler found in the island's capital, Kingston. You enter the home through beautifully crafted doors that open into the horizon. The living room space is relaxed and comfortable and shares an indoor dining family space set beside the bar, conveniently located with a separate beverage center and icemaker. Meals are prepared out of the fully-equipped kitchen by full-service housekeeper Paulette, who won Best Housekeeper and Cook for 2019. Paulette uses organically grown herbs in the home's small herb garden that adds a fresh element to every dish. Choose to dine indoors or outdoors on the beautiful veranda, enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and countryside. Paulette provides maid, laundry, and breakfast service. Evening meals can be prepared for an additional cost.
The media center boasts a SONOS system that can be controlled with the SONOS app in each room and bathroom for personal musical preference.
The master bedroom is located in the west wing and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. In the east wing, the guest bedroom has a king bed and can be converted to two twin beds on request and its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom opens through double doors to its own balcony terrace. Bee Happy is the only two-bedroom villa with an outdoor shower.
The color elements throughout are soothing neutral tones. The home is accented with artwork from renowned local artists and photographers such as Owen Marsh, Robin Farquharson, David Pinto and Alan Smith, as well as whimsical carvings from local craftsmen. Custom cedar and teak furniture throughout the home was made by artisans from the parish of Trelawny.

Imagine 2,200 acres of bewitching natural beauty where rolling hills and valleys tumble down to one and a half miles of private shoreline. Shopping at The Tryall Club is more than just buying things you need. It is part of our way of life and the experience that we offer. The Tryall Boutique which is located beside the entrance to the Great House carries a range of classic resort wear and accessories for adults and children as well as Cuban cigars, books and interesting souvenir items.
Down at the beach in the round hut is Sin Ting Beachy where all manner of beach-related merchandise is available including sun screen, beach toys for children and ice creams.
At the Tryall Market you can browse and purchase from an extensive collection of food as well as wines and spirits. Much of the produce is locally grown with an emphasis on organic producers and there are many specialist items that are normally hard to find. Upon check-in you can open an account and charge food items to your villa, paying on departure.
Located adjacent to the tennis courts, the Tennis Pro Shop offers an international range of white tennis wear and at the entrance to the golf course, the Golf Pro Shop offers an exceptional selection of clothing and golf accessories.
At the beach and close to the historic waterwheel, our craft vendors exhibit their talented wares. Ranging from sculptures, carvings to paintings, they are the perfect memento of your stay in Jamaica or as a gift to take home.
Throughout the year we host art exhibitions at the Great House showcasing the work of renowned as well as up and coming Jamaican artists. These works are all available to purchase and shipping can be arranged.to entertain the children and all you need to consider if whether to bask languidly in the private swimming pool, take an active tennis lesson, join your husband for a round of golf, skim the waves on a Hobie Cat, gather your thoughts on an early morning jog around our blissfully quiet estate, explore a nature trail or simply do nothing at all. This is the Tryall Club, home to an informally luxurious wellness lifestyle that is as unique as it is different and one where classical, warm Jamaican hospitality prevails.

GOLF | Golf is as much a part of The Tryall Club as the magnificent villas and the ocean views. The course is integral to the Club's fabric, twisting and winding through the estate as it makes it way down to the coastline. Rated as one of the Caribbean's finest, our course is both challenging and beautiful with a fascinating heritage. The Tryall Invitational Pro Am is played in January.
TENNIS | Tennis is a way of life at The Tryall Club and has been since we opened in 1959. With facilities that are ranked among the finest in the Caribbean, there are nine courts, 24 pros, hitting partners and ball boys in season as well as exceptional training facilities and a reputation that draws world champions as well as world championships. The Tennis Pro Shop is located opposite the tennis courts and also accommodates the gymnasium. It is also the reception area for those guests who have reserved a court for play. The shop is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM in the winter and from 7 AM to 6 PM in the summer.
Located next to the Tennis Pro Shop, the Kid’s Club welcomes children from the ages of five and twelve years to be part of the Kid’s Club Programme. Selected activities are also available to toddlers who are accompanied by babysitters.
The Kid's Club programmes are available from 10 AM from Monday to Saturday with a break for lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM. During the period 1 May to 1 November, the Kid's Club is open from 10 AM until 5 PM from Monday to Friday.
The numerous activities available include beach games, arts and crafts, face painting, scavenger hunt, sand castle competitions and the art of tie-dye. Nature walks introduce children to the many birds in the vicinity along with other wildlife in its natural habitat.
During peak weeks such as President's Week, Spring Break, Thanksgiving and Christmas, New Year a comprehensive programme of activities is available - details of which are sent to guests well in advance.
