Enjoy the Dominican Republic's famous sun and surf at this spacious property designed especially for large groups. Rather than splitting up into separate hotel rooms, the whole group can savor quality time together in the common spaces and private pool. It's perfectly located within steps of the beach so you can go from breakfast to surfing or swimming to a sunset cocktail by the pool.

This two-level property can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests in eleven private bedrooms. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and plenty of storage space so you can unpack. The second-floor bedrooms feature beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Each bathroom features sophisticated tile and stone elements, plus modern fixtures like rainfall showers. For your convenience, we provide toiletries, towels, and essentials like hair dryers and irons.

The common spaces are equally as luxurious and fully equipped, including a kitchen, dining room, living room, game room, and sunny outdoor area surrounding the pool.

Whether you prefer to cook for yourself or let our private chef whip up something delicious, the kitchen has everything necessary for a gourmet meal for the whole group. High-end stainless steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, and wine fridge. The sleek cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses.

Dine in style at either the breakfast bar, which has a couple of bar stools or at the large table adjacent to the kitchen, which seats at least ten. The airy living space also includes a long wooden table with bench seating for 16.

Thanks to the open floor plan, the kitchen and dining area flow effortlessly into the living space, where you'll find an enormous sectional sofa, a 42" LG smart TV, and arcade games. There's no better way to find down after a day at the beach than with a group billiards tournament!

Step outside from the living area to the expansive pool deck, where you'll find a refreshing infinity pool lined with resort-quality chaise lounge chairs. The patio also contains a wet bar, a dining table, which seats fourteen, and a barbecue. A few steps away is a gazebo and a beach volleyball court. Beyond the pool area is a charming grassy backyard lined with tropical plants and a walking path that leads directly to the beach. The backyard is totally private, so it feels like your own secluded beach escape.
