All guests must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee ($25 per adult per night & $12 per child per night), are granted access to resort areas and amenities. Tropical Paradise is a luxurious five-bedroom, single-level villa, which makes is very convenient for multi-generational families. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi with a large pool deck and furnished terrace, a huge private backyard with a big lawn area.

The covered terrace is a complete living space with a sofa area, dining tables, outdoor teppanyaki (hibachi) grill and bar with TV, domino table, dart board and foosball table. This is a great entertainment zone where you can have so much fun spending the best time together with your family and friends.

The swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi is very private and the backyard offers a large playground with soccer nets (goals) - surrounded by a lush, tropical landscape. If you are traveling with children, they will love playing in this backyard.

The villa is furnished with contemporary furniture, unique décor pieces and artwork. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and sitting areas for you to enjoy.

Enjoy this private oasis, spend your days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sun bed by the pool. This is your dream vacation. The outdoor terrace is the perfect place to relax during the day, eat, drink, and listen to music.

Tropical Paradise only has one floor (level), which makes it super easy and convenient for guests of all ages and families traveling with small children. Step into the villa and you will find yourself in the beautiful entrance hall that connects the entire house. The grand living room has high, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans and a beautiful chandelier, a double sofa sitting area, custom built-in furniture and TV. Open the big sliding windows and you will have direct access to the pool area and deck.

The villa has a great outdoor living area with a bar (beverages are not included) and unique Japanese teppanyaki (hibachi) grill where you can enjoy live cooking and casual meals by the grill or in the outdoor dining area (food is not included). This outdoor living- and dining area is covered so you can enjoy the space day and night, rain or shine!

The formal indoor dining room is an elegant space with a unique chandelier and a spectacular dining table that seats 12 people comfortably on plush dining chairs. This is the perfect place to host your formal dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

A spacious kitchen with an island and marble countertops comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation - and your villa rental includes a chef, so you don’t have to worry about cooking (food and beverages are not included)!

Tropical Paradise has five-large bedroom suites. The master suite is a beautifully decorated and spacious bedroom with a canopy king bed, large TV, air conditioning, high vaulted ceiling with fan, sofa sitting area, closet and dresser and en-suite bathroom with double vanity (two-sinks) shower and a private Zen garden with outdoor shower and bathtub. From the master suite, you have direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The remaining four bedrooms are all very spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has two-king beds, TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and a small, furnished garden patio.
