This new eclectic two-story six-bedroom villa benefits from a constant breeze from the east, creating a refreshing and pleasant ambiance throughout the house. All six bedrooms in the villa are designed to accommodate couples, as each features a king-size bed. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom, a grand salon, a terrace, and an open guest kitchen with a formal dining table.

The decor is characterized by a light color palette with striking pieces of art. The second floor comprises five-bedroom suites. There are also two family rooms, each connecting two of the suites. Every suite has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, a vaulted ceiling, and a balcony. The villa boasts an elegant swimming pool area, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Adjacent to the swimming pool, there is an enclosed gazebo equipped with air conditioning.
